The Human Resources Advisor will provide comprehensive HR support to the care home, ensuring the effective management of recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. The role will focus on fostering a positive work environment, supporting staff well-being, and ensuring the care home operates in line with employment legislation and best practices. Provide advice and support to managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and employment law. Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.
