Role Overview:
As Junior Chef, you’ll play a key part in the day-to-day running of our kitchen, ensuring every dish leaving the pass meets our high standards. You’ll work closely with management to develop menus, oversee stock and ordering, and help maintain a clean, efficient, and positive kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook traditional pub dishes to a high standard
Support kitchen team members
Contribute to menu planning and specials
Manage kitchen hygiene, food safety, and stock control
Maintain consistency and quality across all service periods
Work efficiently during busy service times
