We're recruiting on behalf of a stunning luxury hotel near Darlington for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join an exceptional kitchen team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a highly respected and creative Head Chef who is passionate about developing chefs and creating outstanding food. If you're looking to refine your skills in a quality-driven environment while progressing your career, this could be the perfect role.
Working across multiple food outlets, including the restaurant, private dining, banqueting and events, no two days are the same. We're looking for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering exceptional food with consistency.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an ambitious Chef de Partie ready for the next step.
- A background in a 4 or 5-star hotel, luxury property or high-end hospitality environment is essential.
- Experience working across multiple food outlets, including restaurant and banqueting.
- Passion for fresh food, attention to detail and consistently high standards.
- A positive team player with excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Adaptable, motivated and keen to learn from an experienced Head Chef.
