Charcoal Grill Chef / Grill Cook Wanted Location: Ilford We’re looking for an experienced Charcoal Grill Chef to join our growing BBQ restaurant. Responsibilities: Cook chicken, lamb, steaks over a traditional charcoal grill. Prepare and cook food to a high standard. Maintain food hygiene and safety standards. Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. Keep the grill station clean and organised. Requirements: Experience with charcoal grilling is essential. Ability to work under pressure. We are looking for a full time Chef to lead our kitchen team. The right applicant will need to be experienced in Thai cooking, recipes and creativity to create changing menu. We offer accommodation and salary part of the position.

About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and skilled Chef to join busy African restaurant outlets in Dagenham and Romford operating under the Tasty African Food brand. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering authentic African cuisine while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen operations. This is not a general chef position. We are specifically seeking a candidate with proven experience in African cuisine, strong cooking ability, and the discipline required to work in a fast-paced professional kitchen environment.
