TANAKATSU is looking to recruit an experienced head waiter / supervisor / assistant restaurant manager to join an award-winning Japanese Katsu specialist in the quiet yet destinated corner of Angel, London. We have been thriving on the front line of this simple and amazingly sufficient concept as the originator since 2011. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the well-established development based on the massively growing concept with great prospects of career progression. The successful candidate -will have more than 2 years of experience as an assistant floor manager, supervisor or head waiter/ waitress in the similar environment. -will have an excellent attention to detail -will be highly organised [ training, cleaning, shift planning, during service] -will have excellent interpersonal skills and make the best out of each crew member by working together with them -will be able to be the great support of the manager, and keep the team motivated and engaged in their duty while on the shifts -will be able to delegate duties to the tam members while making sure that they are trained for their given roles. -will be ready for the worst-case scenario and be quick at the trouble shooting and action -will be able to communicate closely with the manager and the head chef for the better result on the daily basis -is not shy to priories his/ her profession
