As a Kitchen Assistant at Fallow, you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient working environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with experienced chefs and gain valuable experience in an innovative culinary setting. Key responsibilities: • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment., • Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required by the chefs., • Ensure work surfaces, storage areas, and kitchen floors are clean and hygienic., • Handle deliveries, unpack supplies, and store ingredients correctly., • Support chefs with stock rotation and waste management to maintain high food safety standards., • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. About you: • A hardworking and reliable team player with a strong work ethic., • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment., • A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn., • Good organizational skills and attention to detail., • Experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential – training will be provided.
