This role involves assisting in various aspects of production, including preparing fillings, assembling empanadas, making dough, and producing empanada discs using a Rondo machine. Responsibilities: Operate and maintain the machine for the production of empanada discs. Assist in preparing fillings and assembling empanadas. Ensure product quality and consistency. Conduct quality control checks on the products and make necessary adjustments. Maintain a safe and clean working environment. Make dough and prepare empanada discs. Requirements: Previous experience in food production (preferred). Ability to work well within a team and strong attention to detail. We need a hard working, reliable kitchen porter for our busy pub in Wimbledon, SW19 7NE. Experience is preferred but not a must, what IS a must is that you are hard working and willing to work evenings and weekends. We are happy to take somebody who can work a maximum of 20 hours per week or we can do a full time role instead.
