Qualifications and other requirements Self-employed. Full UK driving licence You must have a vehicle to travel to each job Can work well in a team and also on your own. Can take instructions well. Reliable. On time, every time. Good communication and people skills. Passionate in garden maintenance. At least one year of experience in garden maintenance. Eager to learn. Preferable: At least a level 2 RHS in Horticultural. 2 to 3 years’ experience in garden maintenance. Have your own van. Good plant knowledge.
