MATERIALS TESTING TECHNICIAN
TCS Ltd is looking to recruit a Materials Testing Technician.
The main duties of the role are;
Calling Client Contacts on Site each morning to determine the exact time they need to be onsite in order to make Cubes
Organising the route taken each day for their schedule of onsite jobs in order to complete all tasks and return all Cubes collected to the laboratory in Old Woking
Completing paperwork on site legibly and neatly
Breaking out all manufactured Cubes from Cube moulds each day
Keeping the company van in a clean and tidy condition
Full Training will be provided however applicants require;
A clean driving licence.
An ability and willingness to learn as the role has the scope to increase to include pile integrity testing, plate bearing testing and other onsite testing.
Be able to project a positive image of TCS Ltd.
Be able to manually handle concrete test cubes
Be able to work on their own initiative and be punctual
To have a positive attitude towards team work
Be able to effectively communicate with clients and their contacts on site
A flexible approach to working overtime and some weekends (Saturdays)
