We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team of Lawn Technicians. Green Man Lawn Care is a modern, fast-growing company with a growing franchise network. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, reliability, and exceptional customer service.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering seasonal lawn care treatments to residential customers across Bromley and the surrounding areas. The role is field-based, with visits to our Colchester office for training, restocking, and team check-ins.
As part of the role, you'll get to know your regular customers and provide tailored advice based on your training, helping them make informed decisions about any additional treatments that may benefit their lawn.

What We’re Looking For
Someone self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Good communication and time management skills
A full UK driving licence (essential)
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Starting Salary £28,000 but negotiable depending on experience. On successful completion of 12 months, a pay review is automatically initiated.
