The Role
As a Lead Generator, you will:
- Contact potential customers by telephone
- Build rapport and identify customer needs
- Generate high-quality, qualified leads for our clients
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
- Deliver excellent customer service on every call
