Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with diary management, including the setup of meetings and conference calls, often coordinating with reception.
• Preparing client engagement letters.
• Support with correspondence, preparation of legal documents, and client communications.
• Help with billing, time recording, and general administrative duties.
