Right Room is excited to be opening a brand-new office in Fareham, and we’re looking for motivated, customer-focused Lettings Negotiators to join our growing team.
We have part-time and full-time positions available, with flexible working hours to suit the right candidates.
The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality service to landlords and tenants, helping to grow our lettings portfolio and build strong local relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Registering and qualifying applicants
Booking and conducting property viewings
Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
Progressing tenancies from offer agreed to move-in
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Generating new business opportunities
Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
Previous lettings or property experience preferred (but not essential for the right candidate)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Target-driven with a positive mindset
Full UK driving licence
