Are you the kind of person who thrives when the tickets are trailing off the printer and the kitchen is humming? We are looking for a disciplined high energy cook to join our kitchen team and help us deliver consistently great plates.
What you ll be doing ?
Precision cooking =Preparing and cooking our menu items following specific recipes and presentation standards
Speed and accuracy = Cook food in a timely manner
Safety first= Maintain a clean station and strictly follow health and safety/sanitation procedures
What we are looking for ?
At least 1 years kitchen experience preferred but we value attitude and willingness to learn quickly.
Skills=Strong knife skills and a familiarity with various cooking methods (grilling frying )
Availability =Must be able to work weekends cover holidays and days off
