Handyman / Maintenance Operative – Full Time , 4* Hotel in Heathrow Area.
Location: 4* Hotel in Heathrow Area.
Start Date: 1st April -31st of May 2026
We are currently looking for an experienced Handyman / Maintenance Operative to join our agency and work within a hotel environment.
Please note: Only candidates with relevant maintenance experience who can work full-time will be considered.
Working Hours
Full-time position
Rota-based schedule (Monday – Sunday)
Shift hours: 09:00 – 17:30
Pay rate: £13.87 per hour
Job Description
Perform a wide range of maintenance duties, including installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the property’s facilities and equipment.
Ensure the hotel remains a safe, functional, and pleasant environment for guests and staff.
Complete maintenance projects and general repair tasks in line with hotel standards.
Carry out preventative maintenance and regular safety inspections across the property.
Supervise contractors on site to ensure legal and company compliance.
Support and contribute to Health & Safety procedures on site.
Requirements
Proven maintenance / handyman experience
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
Ability to use tools such as hammers, drills, saws, hoists, and wrenches
Experience performing routine maintenance and repairs
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Good time management skills
