We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to perform general repairs and small tasks across residential properties in the North of England. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic electrical work, plumbing, and joinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Maintenance work to Housing Association Properties
- Conduct electrical repairs and boiler resets
- Small Works and Minor Repairs
- Lock Changing
- Drain Unblocking
- Clean and prepare properties between tenant changes
- Perform minor groundwork and gutter cleaning
- Undertake small painting jobs
You will be provided with a van and tools to assist in your duties.
