Maître d'hôtel / Head Waiter in a new concept of moving bus restaurant. Fine dining for up to 38 clients having a 6 courses dîner. The crew consistes of 2 persons for the service, 1 chef and 1 driver. The service is performed during the 2,5 hours tour (+ prep for a 6 hours shift).
