Manager Key responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the barber shop, including scheduling
appointments, managing customer inquiries, and overseeing staff performance. - Ensure that the shop is clean, organised, and fully stocked with necessary supplies and
products. - Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and ensure that their needs are met and
exceeded. - Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase customer base
and revenue. - Hire, train, and manage staff members, including barbers, receptionists, and assistants.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
