What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee daily operations of the sushi kiosk
✅ Manage and train a small team to deliver excellent customer service
✅ Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
✅ Handle stock control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
✅ Engage with customers and create a welcoming environment
✅ Drive sales and meet business targets
What We’re Looking For:
