Key Responsibilities
- Operating Machinery: Running, adjusting, and feeding raw materials into machinery to maintain continuous production flow.
- Assembly and Packaging: Assembling components and packing finished products quickly according to standardized work instructions.
- Quality Control: Conducting constant checks to identify defects and ensure products meet quality specifications.
- Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and organized workstation (5S principles) to ensure safety and prevent contamination.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying machine issues or material shortages quickly to minimize downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications
