Job Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
Duties:
- Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles, such as changing oil, filter and tyres
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on engines, brakes, and other vehicle systems
- Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functioning after repairs
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Keep work area clean and organised
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in mechanical field
- Proven experience as a Mechanic in a garage or workshop setting
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working with hybrid or electric vehicles
