  M1 247 MOT & Servicing Centre – Barking, London We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Mechanic / Technician to join our busy and growing garage in Barking. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs and servicing to a high standard. Main duties: • Vehicle servicing and general mechanical repairs, • Brakes, suspension and steering repairs, • Clutches and general mechanical work, • Fault finding and vehicle diagnostics, • Tyre fitting and repairs, • Pre-MOT inspections and repairs, • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, • Completing work efficiently and to a professional standard We are looking for someone who: • Has previous experience working as a vehicle mechanic/technician, • Can confidently diagnose and repair vehicle faults, • Is reliable, punctual and professional, • Can work independently as well as part of a team, • Takes pride in their work, • Has their own basic hand tools, • Holds a full UK driving licence – preferred, • MOT Tester qualification would be an advantage but is not essential What we offer: • Competitive pay depending on experience, • Regular work in an established MOT and servicing centre, • Friendly working environment, • Opportunity to grow with the business, • Immediate start available Job type: Full-time Pay: Negotiable depending on experience Location: Barking, London If interested, apply through JobToday with details of your mechanical experience and availability.
