We are looking for qualified plumbers to start in a permanent full time job immediately. You will travel around retail and hospitality sites in London completing reactive repairs and investigating reported issues. This can be done in a company van or using public transport. You will be tasked with completing planned maintenance checks, reactive repairs and installations such as: • Repairing leaks and blockages, • Replacing taps, pipework, valves, • Investigating hot water issues and replacing immersion elements, • Installation of replacement items and upgrades, • Compliance checks on legionella We are offering an attractive hourly rate with further training available too. It’s expected that you’ll work 40-50 hours per week. Shifts will be early or late and some weekend cover is required. Driving licence is not required.

Summary As an Area Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing and supporting cleaning operatives across multiple client sites in SW London. You will have access to a company van for work-related travel, so a valid manual UK driving licence is essential.
