Full-Time Multi-Trade Operative Wanted
Location: Brighton
Pay: £200–£250 per day, depending on experience
Employment: Full-time, CIS basis
Hours: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend work available with prior notice
We are looking for a competent and reliable Multi-Trade Operative to join our team on a full-time basis.
We have consistent, reliable work throughout the year, working on government contracts for local authorities, so this is an excellent opportunity for the right person looking for long-term, steady work.
The Role
The work will involve a variety of property maintenance and refurbishment tasks, including:
- Kitchen fitting and installation
- Bathroom installations
- Plumbing, including fitting and plumbing up radiators
- Aqua panel installation
- Lino flooring
- Wet room flooring
- General multi-trade and property maintenance work
The Ideal Candidate
You must:
- Have proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative
- Be competent and confident working alone and using your own initiative
- Have your own tools
- Have a full driving licence and your own vehicle
- Take pride in your workmanship
- Be reliable, punctual and professional
- Be able to work to a high standard while working within occupied properties
- Have a good attitude and a strong work ethic
