Responsibilities and Duties: include:
Perform a variety of skilled trades duties in the construction, repair, and maintenance of buildings and facilities.
Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
Repair and replace roofs.
Plumb and install or repair plumbing fixtures.
Paint interior and exterior surfaces
Carpentry work, including framing, trim work, and cabinetry installation.
Fencing Works
Flooring works
Masonry work, including bricklaying and concrete work.
