Summary Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service: Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive dining experience. Order Handling: Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen staff, ensuring any special dietary requests are relayed. Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure all orders are correct. 3. Menu Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the menu, including Turkish ingredients, preparation methods, and cultural significance. Dining Experience: Maintain clean and organized tables, including resetting and restocking when necessary. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other waitstaff, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service. Assist in setting up the dining area and preparing for events or busy periods. Qualifications: Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not mandatory.
