As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in childcare and early childhood education looking for a smaller company to work with. Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years - Plan and implement engaging activities that promote development across all areas (physical, emotional, social, and cognitive) - Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment for all children - Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff - Observe and assess children’s progress, documenting their development - Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our practices and environment Requirements: - If your cup is brimming with emotional intelligence, you're just what we're looking for! The roles are always local and usually in the afternoons, leaving your evenings and weekends free for other work and hobbies. No qualifications needed. This role is for five days a week or two days a week, 3-6pm. Consists of running wrap around care, after school club at a school in Richmond. This consists of class activities, physical activity and providing a snack.
