What we’re looking for:
A passionate leader with a proven track record in managing a team and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a nursery.
Experience in early years education, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
The ability to create a positive, engaging environment for children, staff, and families, with a focus on nature-based learning and holistic child development.
Strong communication and management skills to motivate, mentor, and support staff.
A hands-on, proactive approach to running the preschool, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are met.
