St Paul’s, a friendly and dynamic Church in Woking, is looking for a new Parish & Hall Hire Administrator to join the staff team.
This is a part time post.
The role consists of:
- overseeing the smooth running of the Church office and the day-to-day administrative needs in the life of the Church
- ensuring the efficient letting of the St Paul’s Community Hall, Church and Church House Flat
- acting as a first point of contact for enquiries, signposting to the appropriate people or organisations.
Pay is in the region of £15,000 per year.
Hours: 20 per week, ideally Monday-Thursday mornings but this can be flexible according to requirements. Home working for part of the week will be considered and alternative working hours to accommodate the school holidays may also be considered.
Leave: 112 hours per year (equivalent to 14 days) plus public holidays.
Location: St Paul’s Church Office, Oriental Road, Woking.
Under the Equality Act 2010, part 1, schedule 9, this role carries an occupational requirement for the person employed to be a Christian.
