Join our dynamic team as an Office Administrator and play a key role in the daily operations of our company. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied environment, takes initiative, and seeks growth within a young and ambitious company.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations efficiently.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence with professionalism.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars effectively.
  • Assist with preparing reports, documents, and presentations as required.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and office equipment is maintained.
  • Provide general support to management and other departments, facilitating smooth operations.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred; however, training will be provided for beginners.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with a professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
