We are a well-established builders’ merchant supplying a wide range of building materials, timber, tools, landscaping products, and construction supplies to trade and retail customers. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Online Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s range of building materials and merchant products through online sales channels.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, website, telephone, and social media.
- Prepare quotations, process customer orders, and follow up to secure sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade and retail customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales records using the company CRM system.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer enquiries professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or builders’ merchant sales is desirable.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good IT skills and confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
