We’re building the opening team now. We're looking for a Commis Chef to join the opening kitchen team at Lenny's, learning the ropes of a busy, quality-led kitchen from the ground up. You'll support the section chefs in keeping every pizza and dish consistent, service after service. This role suits someone early in their career who's keen to learn, takes instruction well, and wants to build a career in professional kitchens. You'll work closely with the Junior Sous Chef and Sous Chef, picking up skills and setting the standard for the future. This is a hands-on, section-focused role, full of energy from the moment the doors open. Key Responsibilities • Support section chefs with prep, cooking and plating throughout service., • Learn and follow Lenny's recipes and specs so every dish is consistent., • Keep your section clean, organised and stocked throughout the shift., • Support with deliveries, stock rotation and storage., • Follow food safety and allergen procedures on every shift., • Support with cleaning down and closing checks at the end of service.
