The role of Pastry Chef de Partie:


  • Train and supervise Pastry Demi and Commis Chefs, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a designated pastry station, ensuring the consistent preparation and delivery of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
  • Prepare and serve classic European patisserie, using quality ingredients, adhering to recipes, specifications and standards.
