Join a dedicated team as a personal assistant/support worker, providing essential care and support for a 37-year-old lady with disabilities within her family home. This role is crucial in assisting with her daily needs and enhancing her quality of life.
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Reliable and organised: Essential for consistent and structured support.
- Compassionate and adaptable: Approaches care with empathy and flexibility.
- Possess a good sense of humour, contributing to a positive and supportive home environment.
Candidates must hold a valid driving licence. Previous experience in a similar care or support role is highly advantageous.
