Job Description:
As our personal assistant, you’ll provide physical and practical support, ensuring that we can live independently and safely in our own home. Your role is all about supporting our daily activities and helping us live life to the fullest—on our terms. This is a rewarding position, and your support will make a real difference in our lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Physical Assistance: Help with hoisting, transfers, and mobility support.
Personal Care: Assist with feeding, grooming, dressing, bathing, and other personal care tasks.
Household Support: Assist with daily household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy home.
Cooking & Meal Support: Aid in meal preparation and feeding, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
Driving & Transportation: You must be a licensed driver, as you will assist with driving us to appointments, football, social events, errands, and outings, ensuring we get to where we need to go safely and comfortably.
Custom Support: Adapt your approach to suit our specific needs, ensuring we live the lifestyle we choose.
What We Are Looking For:
Empathy & Compassion: You’re a caring individual who believes in empowering others to live their best lives.
Reliability: Dependability is key, as we rely on you for both require physical support.
Experience: Previous experience in personal care or assisting individuals with disabilities is preferred, but not essential. Training will be provided as needed.

Positive Attitude: Bring energy, optimism, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in our lives.
Driving Skills: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential, as you’ll be responsible for driving us to various locations as part of your role.
