Night Care Assistant Location: Littlehampton Hours: 36 hours per week (three shifts a week) from 20:00 to 08:00. Salary: • New to Care: £13.67 per hour on weekdays, £14.67 on weekends, and £15.67 for overtime (non-medication trained)., • Care Assistant with less than 18 months experience: £13.79 per hour on weekdays, £14.79 on weekends, and £15.79 for overtime (Medication trained)., • Care Assistant with more than 18 months experience: £13.90 per hour on weekdays, £14.90 on weekends, and £15.90 for overtime (Medication trained)., • Care Assistant with NVQ Level Two: £14.02 per hour on weekdays, £15.02 on weekends, and £16.02 for overtime. We are a well-regarded residential home based in Littlehampton and are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Day Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. As a Night Care Assistant, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to the residents, ensuring their individual needs are met with dignity, empathy, and respect. You will play a vital role in promoting a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment throughout the night. The care team is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of those they support.
