FULL-TIME HOTEL PAINTERS 📍 Location: Heathrow Area ⏱️ Start Date: Immediate 💼 Job Type: Full-time 💰 Pay: To be discussed at interview We are looking for experienced Hotel Painters to join our team for upcoming hotel projects in the Heathrow area. We are looking for professional painters who understand quality, preparation and attention to detail. This is not simply a case of putting paint on a wall. You must understand what a professional finished job should look like. 🔨 What you need to be experienced in: • Preparing surfaces properly before painting, • Filling cracks, holes and imperfections, • Sanding and achieving a smooth finish, • Painting walls and ceilings, • Painting and preparing woodwork, • Doors, door frames, skirting boards and other timber surfaces, • Cutting in neatly around fixtures and fittings, • Touch-ups and remedial work, • Colour matching and maintaining existing finishes, • Identifying and correcting defects before painting, • Keeping work areas clean and tidy 🏨 Hotel Experience Previous hotel, serviced apartment or high-quality commercial painting experience is highly desirable. You must understand the standards expected when working in a hotel environment, including working professionally around guests, staff, furniture and other hotel operations. We need people with common sense and initiative — someone who can look at a job and understand what needs to be done properly without being given instructions for every small task. ✅ Requirements • Minimum 2 years' professional painting experience, • Hotel or commercial experience preferred, • Good understanding of spoken English is essential, • Professional appearance and grooming, • Reliable, punctual and hardworking, • Good attention to detail, • Able to work independently and as part of a team, • References and proof/examples of previous work required, • Must have the legal right to work in the UK, • Standard DBS check will be conducted 👷 The right person We want painters who take pride in their workmanship.
