We’re seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead our operations and ensure consistent quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production and warehouse operations
Lead and manage production staff, including shift planning and training
Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, BRC, etc.)
Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies
Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to meet delivery targets
Maintain equipment and enforce health & safety protocols
Report directly to the Director on operational performance
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a production management role (preferably in food manufacturing)
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process optimization
Familiarity with cold storage and perishable goods handling
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
IT proficiency in production and inventory systems
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Manufacturing, Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
Forklift licence or warehouse operations experience is a plus

We provide one-stop kitchen and interior solutions for restaurants, hotels, and other commercial clients, covering design, fabrication, on-site installation, and refurbishment works. With continued business growth, we are now recruiting a Production & Project Manager to oversee both factory production and site operations, ensuring that client projects are delivered smoothly from order through to completion. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate on-site installation, refurbishment, and fit-out works for commercial kitchen and interior projects; Organise labour, subcontractors, and materials to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget; Supervise site teams (builders, electricians, painters, installers) and provide day-to-day direction and support; Ensure construction quality meets company standards and complies with UK building regulations and health & safety requirements; Maintain clear communication with clients to confirm project requirements and report on progress; Monitor budgets, timelines, and risks, updating senior management regularly; Develop and improve standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency across construction and refurbishment projects. Job Title: Duty Manager Objective: The Duty Manager is responsible for delivering a successful shift, ensuring that the business is operated to standards for quality and presentation of drinks, food, environment, ambience and customer service whilst maximising sales and profitability and ensuring that, policies and procedures are adhered to including security, health and safety and cash/stock control.
