Maintenance workers need to: Visit, assess and repair existing client homes and businesses. Works will include:
Repair of wooden, brick, and metal structures
Replacement of parts or entire fixtures
Repair of water damage
Decorative repairs
Upgrades to equipment
Door and windows repairs
Taking pictures for estimates
Planning costs and invoicing clients Full time role.
37.5 hours per week. Training and PPE provided by employer.
