Salary: £23,000-£24,000 per annum
Hours: 0900-1700 Monday to Friday
Holiday: 28 days annual leave including bank holidays, plus bonus holiday during Christmas and New Year Closing date: 24 March 2024 (midnight)

Registered Charity No: 1118493 (England and Wales) SC041697 (Scotland) Role Specification: - Greet and welcome visitors on arrival in a professional and friendly manner - Answer, screen, forward phone calls and take message - Provide clerical support to other team members which includes but not limited to office/site administration, marketing and projects etc. - Produce meeting agenda and minutes - Organize meetings and coordinate the CEO’s diary in the absence of the CEO’s PA - Any other tasks as assigned by the line manager Person Specification: - Previous experience in a similar role - Professional telephone etiquette and excellent customer service - Team player with excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills - Previous experience within a busy office environment and be able to multitask - Highly organised - Computer literate – Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM (e.g. Salesforce), Zoom etc. - Self-motivated, hands on and gets things done on time - Love nature and believe in the same ethos as the Charity’s - Passionate about supporting vulnerable people and the environment A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
