Doyel Care LTD is seeking an experienced CQC Registered Manager to support our CQC registration for a new domiciliary care service. This is a fixed-term project/consultancy opportunity (during the registration period) focused on supporting our CQC registration process, with the potential to continue as the Registered Manager following successful registration, subject to mutual agreement. Key Responsibilities:
- Complete the Registered Manager application.
- Review and become familiar with the company's policies and procedures.
- Prepare for and attend the CQC interview, if required.
- Support with any reasonable CQC queries during the registration process.
- Having a current DBS will help expedite the process.
Requirements:
- Experience in domiciliary care.
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or currently working towards it) is desirable.
- Good understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards and regulatory requirements.
Remuneration:
- Competitive fixed project fee (negotiable based on experience).
