Cognatum Estates Limited is renowned for managing premium estates for over 55s, and we’re looking for a dedicated Relief Manager to support our exceptional estate.
In this role, you’ll work alongside another relief manager to provide cover for managers’ days off (approximately 112 days per year) and occasional emergency support. Each duty spans 24 hours, during which you’ll spend up to 4 hours on-site fulfilling managerial responsibilities and remain on call for the remainder of the period.
The Role:
- Full training provided – no prior experience required.
- A varied role with opportunities to engage with residents and maintain the smooth running of our estate.
- Occasional light gardening tasks, great for those who enjoy working outdoors.
What we’re looking for:
- Flexibility and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to respond quickly – you’ll need to live within 10–15 minutes of the estate.
