In this role, you’ll:
- Be a key worker, supporting children with care planning, daily routines, and life skills.
- Provide consistent, warm, and empowering care that respects each young person’s individual needs.
- Help young people manage challenges, celebrate achievements, and build brighter futures.
- Safeguard and advocate for young people, ensuring their voices are heard and rights respected.
- Contribute to maintaining Ofsted standards while supporting a culture of safety and growth.
What we’re looking for:
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who are qualified in Residential Childcare (or hold an equivalent qualification), or who can demonstrate strong relevant experience in children’s residential settings.
