Starter Training Courses are part of your Induction.
Intermediate Training Courses - They are included as part of your progression prospects if required to advance to more experienced positions such as Team Leader, Supervisor, Head Waitress etc.
Advanced Training Courses - They are included as part of your progression prospects if required to advance to more experienced positions such as Team Leader, Supervisor, Head Waitress, Managerial Roles etc.

Shifts Examples:
40-45hrs a week made up of 8 shifts
Food served: Mon - Sat: 12pm-3pm & 6pm-9pm / Sun: 12pm-7pm
Day shift: 11.30am - 4pm
Evening shift: 5.30pm - Close 10.30-11pm (approximatively - so no late lockups)
Responsibilities & Duties:
Greet customers & provide excellent customer service
Take food & beverage orders accurately & deliver to customers
Answer questions about our menus & make recommendations
Cash handling, keep track of receipts & gratuities, cashing up at the end of the business day
Opening & closing the business
Assisting management in driving sales
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety standards
Training our waiting staff to a high standard & maintain these standards
Hosting & expediting shifts to ensure smooth running
Help organise special events
Create & post social media content
Setting tables & rearranging the dining area to accommodate for larger bookings/special occasions
