- Recruitment and training of the Service Station staff and management of their duties.
- Review Staff performance and appraisal.
- Dealing and resolving all customer queries, complaints, comments and needs.
- Ensure all customers receive a pleasant experience at the Service Station.
- Ensure the site is kept operational for all scheduled hours of opening.
- Maintain stock takes of all products and services.
- Oversees the Maintenance of Financial records of the station.
- Continue and maintain good relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Ensure all bills are settled and all payments are collected from customers.
- Ensure compliance of oneself and customers with the Health and Safety Regulations
- Complete fuel station manager sales reconciliation sheet at end of day.
- Receive goods delivered to the station including fuel deliveries.
- Treat in the strictest confidence any information received concerning the company policies, sales or trade figures.
