Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintaining statistical and financial records
· Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand, store traffic, and optimize profitability
· Create and manage a relaxed, welcoming, customer-focused environment
· Dealing with customer queries and complaints
· Overseeing pricing and stock control, maximizing profitability, and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
· To control and operate the store in accordance with company instructions, policies, and procedures in order to minimize operating costs and maximise profits.
· Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
· Recruit and train new staff and conduct induction
· Ensure racks are fully stocked
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
· Utilizing customer experience and everyday coaching across the team (especially during peak times)
· Inform customers about discounts and special offers and managing budgets
** Skill/experience/qualifications:**
· Bachelor &/Master’s degree or a related study and experience
· Excellent all-around managing skills
· Strong experience in Excel
· Excellent organizational and proven ability to managing the full extent of business requirements
· Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Customer management skills
