We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team in Oban. About the Role:
Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
Lead and motivate the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Create and maintain high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space.
Manage inventory and contribute to cost control measures.
Uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
What you'll bring:
Minimum 1 years experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent culinary skills.
The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.

Competitive hourly rate of £12 per hour (self-employed contract).
