Greenwich Tavern looking for someone with experience of working in a sales coordinater or sales executive role, with a proven track-record of maximising sales whilst maintaining great customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be professional, well-presented, well-organised and a natural networker. Looking for a driven individual with the ability to self-motivate who takes personal pride in the successful delivery of events and bookings.

The role covers the managing of and responding to in-bound enquiries, whilst also driving new business through out-bound activity. Your will have a variety of key responsibilities, including but not limited to: • Promoting the business through all appropriate social media streams • Driving new business into the bar by attending networking events, planning and conducting weekly outreach and building relationships with local businesses • Identifying key market trends and trading patterns and using these to focus action on quiet periods in order to meet venue budgets • Working to and achieving pre-set targets on pre-booked sales • Having a good understanding of the menu and the available offers, for example cocktails, best-selling products
