This role supports the production of critical aerospace components used in advanced and life-saving technology. What’s on Offer for the Aerospace stores operative • Salary: £26,822 per annum, • Overtime: Paid at 1.5x, • Hours:, • Mon–Thurs: 08:00–17:00, • Fri: 08:00–12:00, • 37.5 hours per week, • Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays, • Christmas Shutdown: Paid time off until 5 January, • Pension: 9% employer contribution (private pension), • Parking: Free on-site parking, • Picking, packing, and labelling aerospace parts accurately, • Working with high-value precision components, • Checking batch numbers, quantities, and part data using SAP, • Supporting goods-in, internal stores, and dispatch operations, • Carrying out visual quality checks and maintaining records, • Preparing materials for production and on-time delivery, • Proven experience in a stores, warehouse, or logistics role within manufacturing, • Backgrounds from aerospace, automotive, rail, defence, or precision engineering are highly desirable, • Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet for long periods, • Confident handling tools, components, and materials, • Basic IT skills (SAP experience is a plus, not essential), • Reliable with a stable employment history
