Sales Assistant

Le Chocolat ALAIN DUCASSE is seeking Store Associates, brand ambassadors passionate about providing a wonderful experience for our costumers.

Ducasse Paris runs some of the world’s best and most recognised restaurants, including Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, which currently holds the highest ranking of three Michelin stars.

Le Chocolat is a luxury retail brand based out of Paris, offering single-origin & flavoured ganache, praline and chocolate bars produced from their manufacture in Rue de la Roquette.

After the success at King’s Cross in Coal Drops Yard, the concept will be expanded across London.

Store Associate General Duties include:

Deliver outstanding in-store customer experience

Execute merchandise sales and register duties, including shop and shelf care, gift packaging and order fulfillment

Follow merchandising and food safety protocol

Target the store sales goals and help achieve in-store compliance and loss prevention standards

Desired Qualifications include:

Experience in luxury retail (food) or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment

Previous experience in a boutique store with increasing levels of responsibility (experience with all general retail practices and procedures is preferred)

Equipped with strong interpersonal skills (ability to communicate effectively)

Reliable and flexible schedule, including the availability to work extended hours, weekends and holiday hours based on store needs

Quality-minded with keen attention to detail

Passionate about chocolate
